Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, since most of the products are made fresh on order.

 

If incase package or product is received in a damaged condition, the products will be replaced after thorough examination. We would require original outer and inner packaging, a video of the damaged goods and original receipts.

Return request  can be made by calling our customer care or emailing us on care@boovifoods.com within 2 days of delivery.

Return will be accepted under the following conditions:

​

  • Defective/ Damaged product

  • wrong product delivered

​

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

​

  • Return without original packaging.

  • Damaged products reported after 2 days.

​

Refunds

​

we initiate the refund within 5-7 working days of receiving the product at our center.
