Return request  can be made by calling our customer care or emailing us on care@boovifoods.com within 2 days of delivery.

Return will be accepted under the following conditions:

• Defective/ Damaged product
• wrong product delivered

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

• Return without original packaging.

• Damaged products reported after 2 days.

We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays.

To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.

Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days or as per the delivery date specified by you at the time of placing the order. Most orders are delivered within 7 working days.
