When will my order be delivered?Estimated delivery are given against each products. While sincere efforts are being made to deliver the products within the given time frame factors like, availability, festive seasons, courier delays are bound to happen. These factors are constantly monitored to keep any inordinate delays under control.

What about Return ?Yes, If incase package or product is received in a damaged condition, the products will be replaced after thorough examination. We would require original outer and inner packaging, a video of the damaged goods and original receipts. Return request can be made by calling our customer care or emailing us on care@boovifoods.com within 2 days of delivery. ​ Return will be accepted under the following conditions: ​ Defective/ Damaged product wrong product delivered Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions: ​ Return without original packaging. Damaged products reported after 2 days. ​ Refunds ​ we initiate the refund within 5-7 working days of receiving the product at our center.
